This container load calculator is designed for global distributors and construction material importers. It helps estimate how many WPC wall panels, SPC flooring, PVC marble sheets and acoustic panels can fit into a 20ft or 40ft container.
As a factory direct decorative panel manufacturer in China, we also support efficient container export planning. In addition, the tool calculates volume, total weight and pallet configuration. Therefore, you can reduce shipping costs and maximize container capacity for large-scale construction projects.

How to Use the Container Load Calculator
Using the container load calculator is simple and efficient for international buyers.
1. Select product dimensions
First, choose the product dimensions from the available options. Each panel type has predefined sizes based on our factory production standards.
Once selected, the system automatically calculates total volume and optimizes pallet configuration for container export planning.
2. Select product type
Next, choose between WPC wall panels, SPC flooring, PVC marble sheets, acoustic panels or bamboo charcoal panels. Since each product has different weight and density, loading capacity will vary accordingly.
3. Choose container size
After that, select either a 20ft or 40ft container. The calculator automatically adjusts the loading capacity based on your selection.
4. Review loading results
Finally, review the estimated quantity, total weight and container utilization rate. As a result, you can plan freight costs more accurately and improve factory direct export efficiency.
