Outdoor WPC Decking

Everwood WPC outdoor decking boards merge aesthetics with exceptional durability and low maintenance to perfection. Our WPC decking planks exhibit the appearance of premium prefinished wood, with weathering capability far greater than any natural timber. Resistant to fading, staining, scratching, fungus, splitting, cracking, and rot, Everwood outdoor deck planks, unlike natural wood, do not require any maintenance such as sanding, oiling, sealing, or termite treatment. Everwood WPC outdoor decking is cost-effective, with low lifetime costs due to zero maintenance.

Advantage

1. Durability & Longevity
Water & Rot Resistance – Unlike wood, WPC does not absorb moisture, preventing rot, mold, and swelling.
Insect & Termite Proof – Contains no organic material that attracts pests.
UV Resistant – High-quality WPC decking includes UV stabilizers to prevent fading and discoloration.
No Splintering or Cracking – Resists warping even in extreme temperatures (-30°C to 70°C).
2. Low Maintenance
No Staining, Painting, or Sealing Required – Unlike wood, it doesn’t need regular refinishing.
Easy to Clean – Just wash with water or mild soap; no sanding or special treatments needed.

3. Eco-Friendly
Uses Recycled Materials – Made from wood fibers (sawdust, bamboo) and recycled plastics (HDPE, PVC).
Reduces Deforestation – Decreases reliance on natural timber.
Long Lifespan (10-20 Years) – Less frequent replacement means lower environmental impact.
4. Safety & Comfort
Slip-Resistant Surface – Textured finish provides better grip, even when wet.

5. Aesthetic Flexibility
Variety of Colors & Finishes – Mimics natural wood grains (teak, oak, walnut) without fading.
Uniform Appearance – No knots or imperfections like real wood.

6. Easy Installation
Lightweight & Modular Designs – Many WPC decks use click-lock or hidden fastener systems for DIY-friendly installation.
No Seasoning or Acclimation Needed – Unlike wood, it won’t expand/shrink significantly after installation.

7. Cost-Effective in the Long Run
Lower Lifetime Cost – Minimal maintenance and long lifespan offset the higher initial cost vs. wood.

PRODUCT installation

Wood flooring installation steps with required tools, joist spacing, drilling, and panel fitting

Step 1

Lay the joists with a spacing of 30-40cm (adjustable). Use a suitable drill to create pilot holes in the joists.

Step 2

Secure the joists to the ground using concrete screws (Expansion screws). If you want to increase the height between the deck and the ground, install a second layer of joists in a crisscross pattern (grid formation).

Step 3

Place the clips and deck boards sequentially. Fix the clips to the joists with screws, then snap the deck boards into place.

Step 4

Install the edge trim (finishing strip). Secure it to the deck edges with screws for a clean finish.
